Configuration — Users

The Configuration Users page allows you to invite new users and manage existing user accounts.


Locating Users

You can easily locate users using the AIM search tools. You can locate users using the following:

Options:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Email Verified
    • Yes
    • No
  • Roles
    • Selecting all
    • Config Editor
    • Developer
    • Security Admin
  • Account Type

Click Reset Filters to remove all selections.


Invite a New User

  1. Enter a valid Email Address.
  2. Select the desired Role:
    1. Config Editor — Manage account configuration settings.
    2. Developer — Create and manage API keys for development purposes.
    3. Security Admin — Manage user accounts and assign user roles.
  3. Click Send Invitation.

NOTE: If a user does not have an assigned role, that user will be able to view the data in the portal, however that user will not be able to make any changes to configuration, users or have API access.


Invitations

After you send an invitation, you can check its status under the Invitations tab.

The Invitations table displays the email address of the recipient, the assigned role, who sent the invitation, when the invitation was sent and the ability to resend or delete the invitation.


Manage Users

After you send a user invitation and the user accepts it, the system displays that user and their associated settings.

The Users table displays the user name, Account Type, Email address, user Roles, whether the user has verified their email address and the Last Login of each user.

Click on a user to open their specific settings. You can update the user’s name and email address.
